SHIPPING and HANDING

At Our Little Green Life, we offer Canada-wide shipping via Purolator, UPS, and FedEx. Some plants are available for local pickup and delivery only, this will be clearly noted in each post. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we work to ensure smooth and safe deliveries.

All shipments are processed on Mondays and Tuesdays each week. If there is a holiday, long weekend, or extreme weather conditions, shipping will be delayed until regular business days resume or conditions improve. Updates will be posted on our social media @our.little.green.life and the homepage of our website.

** Important : We DO NOT ship to P.O. boxes **

Orders placed Monday through Saturday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on Sundays cannot be guaranteed to ship on Monday. Depending on when the order is completed, it may be shipped on Tuesday instead. We strive to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible and appreciate your understanding of our schedule.

We take great care to securely pack all our products, including Plants, Homemade Crafts, 3D Printed Accessories and Plant Essentials, to ensure they arrive safely. However, as all shipments are handled by couriers, there might be unexpected circumstances during transit, particularly for living plants. While we do everything we can to minimize these risks, we ask for your understanding that some situations may be beyond our control.
