Due to the nature of our business and the unique products we offer, all sales - including Plants, Homemade Crafts, and Plant Essentials are FINAL. We're unable to offer Refunds, Cancellations, Exchanges, Replacements, or Returns once an order has been processed.

We offer Canada-wide shipping via Purolator, UPS, and FedEx. Some plants are available for local pickup & delivery only, this will be clearly noted in each post. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we work to ensure smooth and safe deliveries.

 

All shipments are processed on Mondays and Tuesdays each week. If there is a holiday, long weekend, or extreme weather conditions, shipping will be delayed until regular business days resume or conditions improve.

 

We take great care to securely pack all our products, including Plants, Homemade Crafts, and Plant Essentials, to ensure they arrive safely. However, as all shipments are handled by couriers, there is always a possibility of unexpected circumstances during transit, particularly for living plants.

 

Please note that plants are delicate during shipping and may arrive with minor cosmetic imperfections. Highly variegated plants, in particular, are more susceptible to issues such as edema or browning during transit or if not provided with proper conditions and care after delivery. While we do our best to minimize these risks, we kindly ask for your understanding that some factors may be beyond our control.

We offer Edmonton Local Weekend Delivery within Edmonton and the surrounding areas for an additional fee. Delivery costs range from $5 to $15 for Edmonton, St. Albert, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, and Devon  depending on the specific area. For Sherwood Park, Beaumont, Nisku and Leduc, the delivery fee is $15.

 

At this time, Weekend Delivery is only available for the areas listed above. We sincerely apologize if your location is outside of our current delivery range, and truly appreciate your understanding and support.

 

Kindly note that during the Winter months, delivery rates may vary depending on weather and road conditions. We’ll do our best to notify you in advance of any changes. We appreciate your understanding.

 

After completing your purchase, we will E-mail you to arrange the delivery date and time. Free local delivery is available for orders over $250 to all of the areas listed above. The delivery fee will be automatically adjusted at checkout.

 

Please note : The website will automatically apply a $15 weekend delivery fee. If your area qualifies for a lower delivery rate, we will provide a cash refund when delivering the plant to you. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by our system setup and greatly appreciate your understanding.
